§ 1 General Provisions
These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the website available at https://www.empiricalevidence.eu (hereinafter: the "Website").
The Website is owned and operated by Empirical Evidence Consulting Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością, registered in Warsaw (00-867), al. Jana Pawła II 27, entered in the National Court Register (KRS) under number 0001213296, NIP: 1133188109 (hereinafter: the "Service Provider").
By using the Website, you agree to these Terms of Use.
§ 2 Scope of Electronic Services
The Service Provider provides the following electronic services through the Website:
- Publishing information about the Service Provider's activities and AI & IT implementation services.
- Providing a contact form to enable communication with the Service Provider.
All services are provided free of charge.
§ 3 Technical Requirements
To use the Website, the following are required:
- A device with internet access.
- An up-to-date web browser (e.g. Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge).
- An active email account — if you wish to use the contact form.
The Service Provider makes reasonable efforts to ensure continuous availability of the Website but does not guarantee uninterrupted operation.
§ 4 Contact Form
- Use of the contact form requires submitting the mandatory fields (full name, email address, subject, message).
- Users must provide accurate and truthful information.
- It is prohibited to submit unlawful content through the form, including content violating third-party rights, offensive material, hate speech, or unsolicited commercial communications (spam).
§ 5 Liability and Content Moderation (DSA)
- The Service Provider is not an online platform within the meaning of the Digital Services Act (DSA) and only publishes its own content and provides a contact form.
- Upon becoming aware of any illegal content submitted through the contact form, the Service Provider will take immediate action to remove it in accordance with applicable law.

§ 6 Personal Data Protection
- The Service Provider is the controller of users' personal data.
- Personal data is processed to handle inquiries submitted through the contact form (legal basis: legitimate interest of the controller — Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

§ 7 Complaints
- Users have the right to submit complaints regarding electronic services provided through the Website.

- The Service Provider will respond to complaints within 14 days of receipt.
§ 8 Final Provisions
- The Service Provider reserves the right to amend these Terms for legitimate reasons (e.g. changes in law or technical changes to the Website). Updated terms take effect upon publication on the Website.
- Matters not covered by these Terms are governed by Polish law, in particular the Civil Code and the Act on Electronic Services.
- These Terms enter into force on 21 February 2026.
