Empirical Evidence Consulting was founded on a simple belief: technology should support people - not the other way around.
That’s why we don’t start with the question “what system should we implement?”, but with the most important one: why are you doing this, and what do you want to achieve?
We work according to the highest standards of security and AI ethics. Transparency, privacy, and control over data are the foundation of every project for us - from the first conversation to measuring outcomes.
Our name is a manifesto. We believe in empirical evidence: decisions based on facts, data, and verifiable results - not on trends or marketing promises. This approach runs through everything we do - design, implementation, and measuring real impact.
We are a team of specialists in AI, IT, and work psychology. We know organizations from the inside, and we understand that true digital transformation is not only code and servers. Above all, it is a cultural change that starts with people and requires understanding, support, and time.
That is why we run implementations with full consideration of the psychology of change: from identifying concerns and resistance, through education, to building a culture of innovation.

He has worked, among others, for McLaren Group, IVECO, Advania, and ITLab, delivering projects in Poland, the United Kingdom, and Scandinavia. He specializes in building IT and AI strategies, creating roadmaps, digital transformation, and Microsoft 365 implementations.
Certified Human × AI psychology expert and a manager of teams and projects. She gained experience, among others, at Accenture and Deutsche Bank. She helps leaders, HR specialists, and teams implement technology in a way that increases adoption and efficiency - and helps people work and live better.

Our strength lies in unity, experience, and a perspective built through work across many industries and countries. We gained our experience, among others, in organizations such as McLaren Group, Accenture, Deutsche Bank, IVECO. Working internationally with people from different professions and backgrounds has taught us one thing: even the best system will not deliver savings, return on investment, or improvements if we don’t take care of those who will use it. People decide the success of an implementation. With offices in Warsaw and Copenhagen, we work with clients in markets that focus on modern development and technology - in environments where innovation, including artificial intelligence, is truly supported and implemented, also by public administrations. What matters to us is also what happens outside of work. Our passions and life experiences broaden our perspective, help us see the bigger picture, and understand different situations better - from many points of view.
